Job Title : JBoss Fuse Lead / Architect.

Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Fuse Lead / Architect to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in enterprise integration, microservices architecture, and middleware platforms, particularly JBoss Fuse. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and leading integration solutions for large-scale enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of integration solutions using JBoss Fuse / Red Hat Fuse.

- Define and implement integration architecture, ESB patterns, and best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, application developers, and QA.

- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the development team.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and integration design artifacts.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and security practices.

- Work closely with DevOps to support CI/CD pipelines for integration deployments.

- Troubleshoot complex issues related to integration and middleware components.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10- 15 years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in JBoss Fuse / Red Hat Fuse.

- Strong hands-on experience with Apache Camel, ActiveMQ, Karaf, and Fabric8.

- Experience in designing and implementing RESTful and SOAP-based web services.

- Expertise in Spring Framework, Java, and microservices architecture.

- Knowledge of API management tools (3scale, Apigee, etc.) is a plus.

- Proficient in Maven, Git, Jenkins, and other DevOps tools.

- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is an added advantage.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
