Required Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum 8 years in IT/software development, with at least 6 years focused on RPA implementation across multiple domains (e.g., finance, manufacturing).

- Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in 2+ RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath Orchestrator, Automation Anywhere Bot Creator, Power Automation, VBA, Blue Prism Process Studio).

- Strong programming knowledge in VB.NET, C#, Python, or Java for custom scripting and integrations.

- Expertise in process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining) and orchestration tools.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines for RPA).
