About The Role :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic CCM Lead Developer with a strong background in enterprise customer communications and technical architecture.

The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of IT experience, including hands-on expertise with CCM tools like SmartComm (Smart Communications) or equivalent platforms.

This is a leadership position requiring not only technical excellence but also the ability to mentor teams and interact with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of CCM (Customer Communication Management) solutions across complex enterprise ecosystems.

- Architect end-to-end CCM workflows, templates, data models, and integrations with upstream/downstream systems.

- Provide strategic guidance on SmartComm or similar CCM tools, ensuring scalable and secure implementations.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather communication requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Guide, mentor, and lead cross-functional development teams, ensuring adherence to quality and delivery timelines.

- Maintain documentation and best practices for CCM implementation and governance.

- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and efficiency within CCM processes.

Required Qualifications :

- 15+ years of total IT experience with at least 5 years in CCM solution development and architecture.

- Previous experience as a Technical Architect is mandatory.

- Deep knowledge of SmartComm or other leading CCM platforms (like OpenText Exstream, Quadient Inspire, or Client EngageOne).

- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and driving large-scale enterprise implementations.

- Strong knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, and modern data communication formats (JSON, XML, REST).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with business and technical teams.
