CCM Developer - Opentext Exstream

Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Customer Communication Management (CCM) Developer with strong expertise in OpenText Exstream and related CCM tools.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex customer communication templates and documents, along with good programming knowledge and familiarity with agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions using OpenText Exstream 9.x/16.x (Designer, Design Manager).

- Build and enhance Forms, Variable Forms, Static Forms, Letters, and complex document templates.

- Develop and manage advanced data concepts including rules, functions, and procedures.

- Implement and optimize complex tables and document sections for high-precision output.

- Work with XML, flat files, and columnar data for mapping and processing to generate PDF outputs.

- Develop automation or integration scripts using Python (docxtpl, Jinja2, Flask).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban).

- Participate in code reviews, requirement analysis, and solution design discussions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4 to 6 years of experience in Customer Communication Management (CCM) and related tools.

- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in OpenText Exstream 9.x/16.x (Designer, Design Manager).

- Strong expertise in building complex documents, forms, and variable data templates.

- Proven experience with advanced rules, functions, and procedures in Exstream.

- Experience with complex tables, multi-section layouts, and dynamic document elements.

- Proficiency in handling complex XML, flat files, columnar files, and generating PDF outputs.

- 2 to 3 years of experience in Python, specifically using docxtpl, Jinja2, and Flask.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Hands-on experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with Linux deployments and shell scripting.

- Knowledge of Java and strong understanding of OOP concepts.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
