CBTS - Guidewire Billing Center Developer - GOSU Programming

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Guidewire Billing Center Developer with strong expertise in Guidewire Billing Center (BC) implementation and development. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience working in Guidewire development, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Guidewire Billing Center. This role demands in-depth technical knowledge of GOSU programming, Guidewire configuration, and integration best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement solutions within the Guidewire Billing Center application.

- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

- Develop custom solutions using GOSU, Guidewire configuration tools, and integration frameworks.

- Configure and customize Billing Center functionalities including invoicing, payments, billing instructions, and financial transactions.

- Implement and maintain integrations between Guidewire BC and external systems (e.g., policy, claims, payment gateways, reporting systems).

- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and documentation of the developed solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including policy and claims teams to ensure seamless end-to-end integration.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, coding standards, and system architecture.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience in Guidewire development, including 2+ years specifically in Guidewire Billing Center.

- Proficient in GOSU programming language.

- Experience in either or both of the following:

- Guidewire Billing Center Integration

- Guidewire Billing Center Configuration

- Strong understanding of Guidewire Data Model and architecture.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

- Good communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Guidewire Certified Specialist/Professional in Billing Center (Certification is a plus).

- Experience with Guidewire Cloud or Digital Portals is a plus.

- Familiarity with SOAP/REST APIs, messaging queues, and integration patterns.

- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD tools, and automated testing frameworks.
