We are seeking a Staff Frontend Engineer who will act as a technical leader and product enabler - driving architecture, influencing product vision, and guiding frontend engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences at scale.

Youll take ownership well beyond code : shaping requirements, ensuring strong engineering execution, and elevating the teams technical capabilities.

You will champion the adoption of GenAI-driven experiences - from smart UI components to AI-assisted workflows improving usability and efficiency.

What Youll Lead :

- Own frontend product areas end-to-end - from ideation through delivery and long-term evolution.

- Partner with design and product at concept stage, validating feasibility and shaping UX and platform direction.

- Lead architectural design - system decomposition, rendering strategies, performance budgets, design system evolution.

- Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure engineering outcomes reflect business priorities.

- Mentor, guide, and technically lead engineers across squads - elevating code quality, system thinking, and delivery velocity.

- Play a key role in hiring and onboarding top engineering talent.

- Build a strong engineering culture centered on craftsmanship, ownership, and reliability.

- Define and track technical OKRs, quality metrics, and observability standards.

- Identify platform-level initiatives and drive them to completion with minimal oversight.

- Represent the frontend function in architecture forums, roadmap planning, and leadership discussions.

- Added : Build and integrate GenAI-powered UI features - chat-driven interactions, AI copilots, contextual suggestions, personalization engines, etc.

- Added : Work with vector stores, prompt-driven components, LLM APIs, and multimodal interfaces wherever GenAI enhances product value.

What You Bring :

- 610+ years building complex, data-heavy, highly scalable web apps.

- Expertise in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript - SSR, SSG, ISR, rendering and bundling optimizations.

- Ability to design component architectures, micro-frontends, and reusable design systems.

- Hands-on experience with state management at scale (Redux, Zustand, XState, Recoil, etc.

- Strong foundation in software design principles (SOLID, clean architecture, patterns).

- Experience driving testing and automation adoption - Jest, RTL, Cypress/Playwright.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to influence without authority.

- Proven track record of leading technical initiatives and shipping business-impactful product features.

- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making strategic trade-offs.

- Hands-on experience integrating GenAI into frontend applications - UI orchestration with LLMs, embeddings/RAG, prompting strategies, guardrails.

- Familiarity with evaluation of AI UX success - usability metrics, hallucination checks, and cost/performance controls.

Bonus to Have :

- Experience with monorepos (Turborepo/NX), design tokens, Storybook, accessibility WCAG.

- Edge deployments and web performance metrics (Core Web Vitals).

- Exposure to experimentation frameworks and feature flagging.

- Contributions to technical communities, publications, or OSS.
