We are looking for a Software Developer III to join our engineering teams at our Hyderabad office.

About the Role :

We are looking for 4-6 years of experienced Software engineers who have expertise in building scalable and high-performing products.

The ideal candidate will have strong ownership, technical excellence, and a passion for solving complex problems with innovative solutions.

You will contribute significantly to developing and maintaining robust backend systems, working alongside a dynamic team.

What Youll Do :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable backend systems using Golang.

- Build modular, testable codebases adhering to SOLID principles and modern design patterns.

- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.

- Applying AI tools like Cursor/Copilot Agent to improve productivity, automate workflows, and enhance

development speed is an added advantage.

- Work on scalable systems across different domainsexperience in OTT or media platforms is a strong plus.

- Diagnose and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks to maintain system efficiency.

- Write and maintain automated test cases to ensure robust and high-quality deliverables.

- Participate in code reviews, sharing insights and feedback to improve overall code quality.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement distributed system architectures.

- Contribute to DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.

What Were Looking For :

- 3- 5 years of hands-on experience in Golang development, including building scalable, production-grade applications.

- Previous experience working on SaaS products or complex distributed systems is a plus.

Technical Skillset :

- Strong proficiency in Golang and experience with building microservices-based architectures.

- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and SOLID principles.

- Expertise in databases, with experience in SQL and NoSQL technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch).

- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, including serverless architectures.

- Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools such as Sentry, CloudWatch, or ELK Stack.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
