Role Overview :

As a Solution Expert - Security & VMS, you will be responsible for delivering strategic and innovative solutions around security frameworks and Vendor Management Systems (VMS).

This role demands a deep understanding of security principles, risk management, and VMS platforms, ensuring that our clients' environments are secure, efficient, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of security solutions tailored to meet client requirements across various environments (on-premise, cloud, hybrid).

- Define and develop VMS frameworks that integrate seamlessly with clients existing systems and infrastructure.

- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to design solutions that align with business goals and security best practices.

- Implement security solutions for data protection, identity management, threat prevention, and access control within the VMS ecosystem.

- Provide hands-on support in configuring and deploying security technologies and tools, such as firewalls, encryption protocols, identity and access management (IAM), and endpoint protection.

- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability management to ensure compliance with industry regulations (e. , GDPR, ISO 27001).

- Lead the implementation and optimization of Vendor Management Systems, ensuring they effectively manage vendor lifecycles, contracts, performance, and compliance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and recommend VMS platforms, providing expertise on integration and customization.

- Provide guidance on vendor risk management and establish metrics to measure vendor performance and compliance.

- Develop and enforce security policies, guidelines, and best practices for clients, ensuring adherence to compliance standards and regulations.

- Provide strategic advice on managing security risks associated with vendor relationships and third-party integrations.

- Work with legal, compliance, and audit teams to ensure that security controls and vendor relationships align with regulatory and legal requirements.

- Act as a trusted advisor for clients, providing expert guidance on security risks, vendor management strategies, and industry best practices.

- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients IT, procurement, and security teams, ensuring alignment of goals and expectations.

- Lead workshops and presentations to educate clients on security solutions, VMS features, and the benefits of optimizing these systems.

- Continuously monitor and improve existing security solutions and VMS processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and optimization for clients using security and VMS platforms.

- Stay updated on emerging security threats, technologies, and VMS trends to ensure that solutions remain cutting-edge.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5 - 8 years of experience in security solutions design, vendor management systems, and IT security.

- Strong knowledge of security principles, risk management frameworks, and relevant security technologies (IAM, SIEM, encryption, firewalls, etc.)

- Hands-on experience with VMS platforms such as SAP Ariba, Zycus, Oracle Procurement Cloud, or similar.

- Familiarity with cloud security frameworks, including AWS, Azure, and GCP, and their integration with security and VMS solutions.

- In-depth understanding of data protection laws and industry standards (e., GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2).

- Strong project management skills, with experience leading complex solution deployments, including timelines, resources, and client coordination.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex security and VMS concepts to stakeholders at all levels.

- Ability to identify issues, troubleshoot, and propose solutions for complex security or vendor management challenges
