Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled React Native Developer with 4+ years to build and enhance mobile applications that power the Cautio dashcam and telematics platform. The role involves working with real-time video, GPS data, AI-based alerts, and device-to-cloud integrations. Youll collaborate with design, backend, and hardware teams to deliver a seamless and high-performance mobile experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile apps for Android/iOS (React Native).

- Integrate REST APIs, real-time streaming, GPS/location tracking, alerts, and push notifications.

- Ensure smooth UI/UX, app responsiveness, and performance optimization.

- Collaborate with backend, product, and hardware teams during feature development.

- Implement clean architecture, write maintainable code, and participate in code reviews.

- Conduct testing, debugging, crash analysis, and prepare builds for release.

- Ensure app security, stability, and compatibility with device and OS updates.

Required Skills :

- 4+ years of experience in mobile development - React Native.

- Strong understanding of mobile architecture, UI/UX principles, performance tuning, and threading.

- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, Firebase, video playback/streaming (preferred), and GPS modules.

- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and app store deployment.

- Good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience :

- Telematics, dashcams, IoT devices, BLE, or real-time video streaming.

- Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), mobile security, or analytics dashboards.
