Catchpoint - Senior Software Developer I - .Net Core/React.js

Role :

Success in this role means delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure applications that enhance Catchpoints platform capabilities.

You will be expected to :

- Lead the design and development of end-to-end solutions using ReactJS.

- .NET Core, and SQL Server.

- Set technical direction and mentor team members, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, architects, and QA teams to deliver projects on time.

- Improve system performance and scalability to handle growing business needs.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and accountability within the team.

Responsibilities :

- Provide technical guidance to a full stack engineering team, ensuring successful delivery of features and solutions.

- Design, develop, and maintain SAAS based applications using ReactJS.

- .NET Core, and SQL Server.

- Define technical standards and ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and performance optimization.

- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to refine requirements into technical solutions.

- Review code, provide feedback, and coach team members to improve technical expertise.

- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 9+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership or lead engineer role.

- Strong expertise in ReactJS (hooks, state management, component lifecycle, performance optimization).

- Solid experience with .

- NET Core (C#) for backend development, APIs, and microservices.

- Proficiency in SQL Server : database design, performance tuning, and complex query optimization.

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, web security, and authentication/authorization frameworks.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to balance technical depth and team leadership.

- Solid principles and design pattern.

- Hands on experience with Click House and Radis is added advantage

- Received a B.Tech /MCA/ M.Tech in Computer Science or related field.
