Job Role : Technical Lead Java

The Person :

The successful candidate will be an intelligent, highly energetic self-starter with excellent communication and technical skills, possessing a solid technical background in the application development world. Experience in Application Modernization, DevOps, Cloud readiness assessments, and Flaw Interception & Security projects is mandatory. Prior experience in professional services is a plus.

Role & Responsibilities :

As a lead, you will address customer problems by identifying applications for cloud transformation, security vulnerabilities, and modernization opportunities. You will provide visibility into software complexity and functionality, optimize vendor productivity, and ensure regulatory compliance.

- Lead project teams in all technical aspects of project execution, providing guidance to consultants and stakeholders.

- Deliver advanced technical configuration of CAST products.

- Analyze enterprise applications using the AIP platform across all product life cycle phases.

- Work autonomously to deliver high-quality project deliverables.

- Interpret CAST metrics to solve specific customer use cases.

- Proactively identify application risks and propose mitigation plans.

- Execute Pilots and Assessments.

- Provide custom solutions to customer requirements.

- Collaborate with Project Managers to track remediation plans.

- Contribute to internal process and tooling improvements.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline; Master's degree is a plus.

- 6 to 8+ years of technical consultancy experience in software development and implementation.

- Strong expertise in J2EE or .NET and databases like Oracle, DB2, or SQL Server.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at senior levels.

- Strong knowledge of the AD world is mandatory.

- Ability to work independently toward business goals.
