CashKaro.com - Junior Web Designer - React.js/Next.js

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced React.js Developer with minimum 2-4 years of experience.

You will be responsible for building and optimizing the front-end experience for CashKaro and EarnKaro.

Key Responsibilities :

- Optimize website performance and user experience through testing and analytics.

- Contribute to the creation of style guides and design documentation,

- Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback.

- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

- Writing clean, maintainable, and well-structured code, adhering to best practices and industry standards.

- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality.

- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.

Must-Have Skills :

1. Expert in Front End Web Design using React :

- Minimum 4 to 5 years experience in Web Design experience using React. Should have strong projects to show their skill

- Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and interactive designs using Figma

- Expert proficiency in Figma, along with other design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch)

- Should be able to demonstrate exceptionally made sites

2. Strong knowledge of Next.js, React.js and JavaScript (ES6+) :

- Strong command over JavaScript, including ES6+

3. Excellent understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and pre-processing platforms like SASS or LESS :

- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

- Experience with responsive design and optimizing applications for cross-browser compatibility.

- Strong knowledge of SASS or LESS - pre-processing platforms

- Strong understanding of front-end frameworks like TailwindCSS

4. Solid understanding of web performance optimization techniques and TailwindCSS :

- Knowledge of how to optimize applications for scalability and performance (e.g., lazy loading, code splitting).

- Knowledge of how to meet Google Page Load guidelines

- Experience handling applications for high concurrency (500-5000 users for CK/EK).

- Familiarity with tools like Google Lighthouse and GTmetrix for performance audits.

5. Knowledge of SEO Best Practices :

- Should have an understanding of SEO best practices

6. Continuous Learning and Upskilling :

- Passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, frameworks
