About the Role :
We're looking for a Motion Graphic Designer with 2-4 years of experience with a sharp eye for detail, great rhythm, and storytelling instincts.
You'll work closely with our creative and product teams to produce visually stunning motion pieces, from UI animations and product explainers to brand promos and social videos.
This is a hands-on role for someone who's inspired by CRED's motion precision, Blinkit's energy, or Swiggy's playful storytelling and wants to grow into a lead-level designer over time.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create visually engaging 2D animations, transitions, and compositions for marketing and product needs.
- Translate static visuals or brand assets into dynamic, expressive motion content.
- Work with the senior designer to develop storyboards, design frames, and animation prototypes.
- Support in creating UI-level micro-interactions and motion studies for digital experiences.
- Adapt designs for different platforms social, in-app, video, and brand communication.
- Explore new plugins, styles, and workflows to make motion faster, smarter, and more expressive.
Required Skills & Tools :
- Strong knowledge of : Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Solid grasp of timing, easing, keyframes, and motion physics.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of 3D design and animation (Blender / Cinema 4D a plus).
- Good eye for composition, typography, and colour in motion.
- Familiarity with sound sync, video rendering, and export optimization.
- Ability to take feedback positively and work in a fast-paced creative setup.
Nice-to-Have :
- Knowledge of Lottie or motion for product/UI.
- Interest in 3D motion, VFX, or procedural animation.
- Exposure to AI-assisted motion tools (Runway, Kaiber, Pika, etc.).
- Prior work with brands in tech, gaming, or youth-centric domains.
What You'll Learn :
