Cashfree - Senior Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer III to design, develop, and implement advanced solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for building scalable applications, integrating multiple systems, and mentoring junior developers. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, Apex, and Lightning frameworks.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Customize and configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.

- Develop and manage API integrations between Salesforce and external systems (REST/SOAP).

- Implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Apex triggers.

- Collaborate with Admins, Architects, and Business Analysts to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.

- Maintain code quality, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.

- Oversee data migrations, manage data integrity, and optimize platform performance.

- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and support production issue resolution.

Requirements :

- 5- 8 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.

- Strong expertise in Apex Classes, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, and LWC.

- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

- Proficiency in Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and third-party integrations.

- Knowledge of Salesforce security model (roles, profiles, permission sets).

- Familiarity with SFDX, version control systems (Git), and DevOps tools like Copado or Gearset.)

- Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications (strongly preferred).

- Experience mentoring or leading a small development team.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
