Cashfree - Senior Product Manager - Fintech Platforms

Description :

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in Identity Verification, KYC, Fraud Detection, or Digital Trust platforms.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and scaling products in fintech, compliance, or risk domains and will work closely with engineering, data, design, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

- Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with business goals.

- Work closely with engineering to translate requirements into clear user stories and PRDs.

- Drive product decisions around OCR, biometric verification, document verification, AML, fraud detection, and onboarding flows.

- Collaborate with compliance, risk, and legal teams to ensure regulatory adherence.

- Analyse customer feedback, market trends, and competitive landscape to improve product outcomes.

- Partner with sales and customer success teams to support enterprise implementations and integrations.

- Track product performance using data and iterate based on insights.

Requirements :

- 5-7 years of experience in product management.

- Strong experience as a Product Manager in identity verification, KYC, fraud, or fintech platforms.

- Solid understanding of : Digital onboarding.

- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, customer success, data) to deliver impactful outcomes.

- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business narratives.
