Job Title : Product Manager - BNPL (Tech-Driven)

About the Role :

We are seeking a sharp, tech-savvy Product Manager to lead our Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) product line. This is a high-impact role that blends technology, credit innovation, and data analytics, aimed at delivering frictionless and scalable lending experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the BNPL vertical.

- Drive product design, development, and deployment through close collaboration with engineering, design, risk, and business teams.

- Build and optimize workflows across onboarding, credit underwriting, disbursement, and repayment.

- Integrate with third-party systems: lenders, payment gateways, credit bureaus, KYC providers, etc.

- Define, track, and analyse product KPIs; convert insights into actionable improvements.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and maintain product audit-readiness.

Must-Have Skills & Experience :

- 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or consumer lending.

- Prior ownership of BNPL, EMI, or digital credit products with API-driven architectures.

- Strong grasp of backend systems, microservices, and API integrations.

- Exceptional collaboration skills with tech and data teams.

Data & Reporting Skills :

- Hands-on with SQL for data queries and performance tracking

- Experience working with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools

- Ability to build dashboards and generate insights independently

- Exposure to Python for data analysis or automation is a strong plus

Preferred :

- MBA/B.E./B. (Technical background)

- Familiarity with RBI digital lending guidelines, fraud controls, and compliance requirements

- Experience working in fast-paced startup ecosystems.
