Job Summary / Purpose :

We have an opportunity for SDET with ZEE Entertainment Enterprises to work and ensure product Quality.

As a part of Mobile QE team, you will be responsible for implementation and execution of testing to verify the functional and non-functional capability of the system.

Key Accountabilities :

Primary Accountabilities :

- Specialized in Automation across Mobile (iOS, Android) platforms.

- Develop automation strategy to support regression testing based on the technical analysis, complexity, and reusability.

- Experience in architecting & building QA frameworks for real-time OTT applications.

- Evaluate and select best usage of test automation tools for different purposes

- Collaborate with product teams to strategies & align long term solution for test automation including roadmap, tools, framework & approach.

- Understanding of software quality best practices, test strategy and planning, test case development, test case execution, deployment and, test data, defect tracking, and test automation

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

- Identifying critical issues before application is released to production

- Establishing Critical Success factor to improvise the best practices on Mobile Automation

- Build effective Mobile Automation suites enabling faster QE cycles.

- Manage, resolve technical issues related to automation, streamline process, and improve efficiency as per industry standards.

- Create testing metrics sheet, help team leads to estimate the effectiveness of their test approach.

Education Qualifications :

Essential :

- BE/ BTech in any specialization

- BSc/ BCA/ MCA in Computer Science/ Information Technology

Desirable :

- Good to have ISTQB level 1 or level 2

- Good to have any Project management Certification (PMP/Prince 2)

Work Experience :

- Proficiency in mobile automation using Java and Appium.

- Must have commanding knowledge on Maven/Gradle/Ant/TestNG

- Knowledge into Android App debugging using tools like Android Studio, Charles, Appium inspector, ADB commands.

- Knowledge into iOS App debugging using Xcode, UI Automator.

- Good understanding of Mobile application Architecture and Automation framework creation.

- Should have sound knowledge on CICD tools (Bamboo/Jenkins) and Github webhook and actions.

- Familiarity with Cloud Device farms like Sauce Labs, Browser Stack, Pcloudy, Lamda Test, Device Farm etc.

- Experienced with Agile/DevOps delivery principles and quality assurance methodologies

- Knowledge of GCP cloud and SaaS based environments.

- Specialized in analyzing business requirements and converting those into automation test scenarios and test cases

- Knowledge of bash, groovy scripting is a plus.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships across all levels in organization

- Good knowledge on API tools like Postman.
