Key Responsibilities :

As a Lead for Cards Testing (TS2), you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of our credit card systems. Your responsibilities will include:

- Hands-on engagement with TS2, playing a mandatory and central role in all testing activities related to this system.

- Leading and executing comprehensive Manual Testing for various credit card functionalities.

- Specializing in Authorization processes and validations, ensuring their accuracy and robustness.

- Defining and understanding the test scope for complex credit card functionalities.

- Developing and maintaining comprehensive Test Strategies, Test Plans, and accurate Effort Estimations.

- Monitoring and reporting on test execution progress using Trackers & Defect Metrics.

- Actively participating in and leading Defect Triage Meetings, driving issues to resolution.

- Proactively identifying risks, escalating issues to relevant stakeholders, and proposing effective mitigation plans.

- Providing regular and clear Project Status Reports to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Must-Have Skills :

- Mandatory hands-on experience with TS2.

- Strong background and proven experience in Manual Testing of Credit Card systems.

- Demonstrable expertise in Authorization processes and validations.

- A keen ability to understand and define the test scope for diverse credit card functionalities.

- Proficiency in creating and maintaining Test Strategies, Test Plans, and Effort Estimations.

- Experience in tracking and reporting test execution using Trackers & Defect Metrics.

- Proven ability to participate in and lead Defect Triage Meetings.

- Skill in identifying risks, escalating issues, and suggesting mitigation plans.

- Experience with regularly updating internal and external stakeholders with Project Status Reports.
