Key Responsibilities :

- Cloud Infrastructure : Design and manage secure, scalable AWS infrastructure (ECS, ECR, EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, IAM, Lambda, etc.) using IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.

- CI/CD Pipelines : Build and maintain automated pipelines (Bitbucket Actions, Jenkins), integrating code analysis and testing.

- Monitoring & Observability : Set up monitoring and alerts using Grafana, ELK, Prometheus, New Relic, etc.

- Automation & Deployment : Automate deployments and maintenance with GitOps workflows and efficient scaling mechanisms.

- Security & Compliance : Manage secrets with AWS Secrets Manager/SOPS; ensure compliance (ISO 27001, IT Act) with tools like Trivy, Aqua, Prisma Cloud, Terratest, or Checkov.

- Serverless Architecture : Use Lambda, API Gateway, and frameworks like SAM for serverless deployments.

- Cost Optimization : Optimize AWS costs using tools like CloudHealth, CloudKeeper, or AWS Cost Explorer.

- Reliability & Incident Management : Lead incident response, RCA, and performance tuning via PagerDuty, Opsgenie.

- Collaboration & Leadership : Partner with engineering, QA, product, and security teams. Mentor juniors and promote DevOps culture.

- Documentation : Maintain clear documentation using Confluence, Notion, or internal wikis.

Must-Have Skills :

- 7-10 Years of experience

- Strong AWS experience with infrastructure design

- Proficient in IaC (Terraform, Cloud Formation, AWS CDK)

- Skilled in Docker, Kubernetes/EKS

- Scripting (Bash, Python, or Go)

- Good grasp of networking, security, and Linux systems

- Proven CI/CD implementation experience and Agile delivery exposure

- Proactive and collaborative mindset with strong decision-making skills and ownership

Good-to-Have Skills :

- AWS Certifications (e.g., DevOps Engineer, SA)

- Familiarity with compliance standards (ISO 27001, IT Act)

- Experience in cloud cost optimization and performance tuning
