About the Role :

Capital Now is seeking an experienced Senior Android Developer with expertise in Kotlin, Java, and Flutter to join our growing tech team. You will play a key role in building and maintaining our mobile app ecosystem-including the customer-facing Android app and internal tools-while ensuring alignment with evolving compliance standards.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin, Java, and Flutter (where applicable for cross-platform needs).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy new features.

- Write clean, efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.

- Work with REST APIs, third-party libraries, and SDK integrations.

- Lead and mentor junior developers and handle escalations of complex issues.

- Participate in regular code reviews, testing, and debugging efforts.

- Support UAT, deployment, and release management processes.

- Ensure application compliance with business standards and Google Play Store policies.

Essential Qualifications :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Android development.

- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java.

- Experience with Flutter for hybrid or shared module development.

- Published at least two Android apps on Google Play.

- Solid knowledge of Android SDK, REST APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.

- Strong understanding of Google Play policies, including the ability to ensure ongoing compliance with the latest updates.

- Experience working in large-scale mobile projects with multi-module architectures.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
