Role Overview :

As a Teamcenter Solution Architect at Capgemini, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing cutting-edge PLM solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to define system architecture, lead solution design, and oversee the successful delivery of Teamcenter implementations. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding clients through complex data migrations, system integrations, and ensuring the overall success of their PLM initiatives, ultimately driving efficiency and innovation within their organizations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and document comprehensive Teamcenter solution architectures that align with client business requirements and industry best practices.

- Lead the design and implementation of Teamcenter solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.

- Oversee data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption to business operations.

- Manage system integration efforts, connecting Teamcenter with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and MES.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.

- Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, manage risks, and ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.

- Conduct workshops and presentations to communicate solution designs and technical concepts to stakeholders.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and approaches to enhance Teamcenter solutions.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex Teamcenter solutions, including data modeling, workflow design, and user interface customization.

- Proven expertise in system architecture principles, including scalability, performance, and security.

- Strong understanding of data migration methodologies and tools.

- Experience with system integration techniques, including web services, APIs, and middleware.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to lead and mentor technical teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience in Project Management and leading teams.
