Description :
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user access, roles, and permissions.
- Configure ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
- Maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and scheduled jobs.
- Check for regular platform upgrades and patches.
- Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Monitor the integration errors for the inbound/outbound for ServiceNow environments.
Primary skills :
- A very good exposure to ITIL process, specifically incident, change and problem management
Secondary Skills :
- People and stakeholder management
Good to have Skills :
- Passionate about DevOps and automation
- Must possess good communication skill.
Required Certification :
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
