Summary :

- 4 to 10 years of experience in SAP ISU FICA/RMCA

- Ability to manage estimates, tasks, escalations, risks/issues

- Experience with system integration (Application, Data, Test, Infrastructure, Security, Deployment, Operations)

- Proven ability to implement large scale, complex system solutions for multi-functional, multi-national organizations

- Extensive experience in delivering projects in an international environment

- SAP and S4HANA experience.

Implementation and Configuration :

- Design, configure, and implement SAP FICA solutions tailored to the utilities industry.

- Customize SAP ISU modules to meet specific business requirements.

Business Process Analysis :

- Analyze and document business processes related to financial contract accounting and utilities.

- Identify areas for process improvement and optimization.

Integration :

- Ensure seamless integration between SAP FICA and other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ISU, SAP FI, SAP CO).

- Work on data migration and interface development.

Support and Maintenance :

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP FICA and ISU modules.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICA and ISU.

Training and Documentation :

- Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.

- Create comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.

Project Management :

- Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Skills and Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in SAP FICA and ISU modules.

- Strong understanding of SAP integration points and data migration techniques.

Analytical Skills :

- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into SAP solutions.
