About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and visionary QA Transformation Leader with strong expertise in the Insurance domain, particularly across Guidewire or Duck Creek, and/or Majesco platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale testing transformations, driving automation adoption, leveraging AI/GenAI in Quality Engineering, and managing strategic client relationships.

This role requires a blend of delivery leadership, transformation expertise, automation strategy, stakeholder management, and domain knowledge to drive quality excellence across complex enterprise insurance programs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead enterprise-wide QA and Testing Transformation initiatives for Insurance programs.

- Drive automation adoption using Playwright, Cypress, and modern QA frameworks.

- Define and execute quality engineering strategy across the QA lifecycle.

- Manage large-scale testing engagements, delivery governance, and stakeholder expectations.

- Champion AI/GenAI adoption to improve testing efficiency, quality, and speed.

- Lead transition, transformation, staffing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for :

- 16 - 18 years of experience in Testing, Quality Engineering, and Delivery Leadership.

- Strong experience in Insurance domain, especially P&C Insurance.

- Hands-on exposure to Guidewire, Majesco, Duck Creek, or similar Insurance platforms.

- Expertise in Automation Strategy, Playwright, Cypress, CI/CD, Test Environment Management, and TDM.

- Proven experience managing large QA teams, client stakeholders, budgets, and delivery governance.

- Experience driving AI/GenAI-led testing transformation and operational excellence.
