Role & Responsibilities :

In this role you will play a key role in :

Data Management :

- Create, update, and maintain customer master data in compliance with global standards.

- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems.

- Analyse and correct data inconsistencies.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with business units such as Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT to understand data requirements and resolve issues.

- Provide training and support to new users on data governance tools and processes.

Compliance and Documentation :

- Maintain documentation for data management processes and ensure compliance with record retention policies.

- Support audits and data quality initiatives.

Project Support :

- Participate in projects related to data management and system improvements.

- Provide insights and recommendations for process enhancements.

Reporting and Analysis :

- Generate reports and analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Your Profile :

- Proficiency in data management tools and systems (e.g., SAP, MDG).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Knowledge of global data standards and compliance requirements.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
