Your Profile :

Delmia Support Engineer to join our Virtual Manufacturing team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Dassault Syst- mes' 3DEXPERIENCE platform, particularly in supporting and customizing DELMIA, CATIA, and related PLM tools.

This role involves providing technical support, managing deployments, developing customizations, maintaining infrastructure, and ensuring seamless integration of digital manufacturing solutions across the enterprise.

Your Role :

- Provide L1/L2/L3 support for 3DEXPERIENCE native applications including DELMIA, CATIA, and associated infrastructure components.

- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues logged in ServiceNow within defined SLA metrics (P1/P2/P3/P4).

- Support change management, and BOM management processes.

- Develop and maintain EKL scripts, VBA macros, CAA customizations, and automation scripts (PowerShell, Batch, C#).

- Manage Multi site FCS, DSLS, 3DIndex, 3DPassport, and FTS (Master/Slave Configuration) servers for optimal performance and uptime.

- Administer user accounts, license assignments, and centralized settings using Member Management.
