Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze business and technical requirements for Salesforce and MS Dynamics CRM implementations.
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both platforms.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across Salesforce and Dynamics modules.
- Validate customizations, workflows, plugins, and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and product owners.
- Use tools like Selenium, Provar, Postman, or RSAT for test automation and API testing.
- Log and track defects using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Bugzilla.
- Ensure compliance with platform-specific best practices and security standards.
Required Skills :
- Experience in writing and executing test cases for CRM workflows, customizations, and integrations.
- Familiarity with SOQL, FetchXML, and CRM data models.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills :
- Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Salesforce Administrator or Microsoft Dynamics Functional Consultant certification.
- ISTQB Foundation or Advanced Level certification.
