Cloud Operations Engineer

Secondary skill : AWS,SQL DBA

Role Overview :

- VM management, monitoring, backups, patching

- Networking basics (VNET, NSG, Load Balancer knowledge)

- Azure Monitor / Log Analytics alerts handling

- Windows Administration

- Server troubleshooting

- Performance monitoring (CPU, memory, disk)

- Patching & reboot scheduling

- Services and application support

Good-to-Have / Desired Skills :

- Database knowledge

- Basic SQL understanding

- Connectivity and performance issue triage

Operational Responsibilities :

- 24x7 BAU operations support

- Incident & alert handling (PagerDuty / ITSM tools)

- Root cause analysis and follow-up remediation

- Change implementation and validation

- Coordination with L3 and platform teams

- Participation in planned off-hours deployments/releases (typically once per month)

Behavioral & Soft Skills :

- Comfortable with on-call and production support responsibilities

- Good communication with technical and business stakeholders

- Ability to work independently and escalate appropriately

Experience :

- Direct production support experience preferred
