Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, deploy, and manage complex AWS IaaS environments including EC2, VPC, EBS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, and related services.

- Lead cloud migration projects, infrastructure modernization, and automation initiatives.

- Design and implement high-availability, fault-tolerant, and scalable architectures.

- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.

- Must know Application Gateway and load balancers

- Implement Security certificates.

- Implement security best practices, including IAM policies, encryption, network segmentation, and compliance controls.

- Monitor and optimize cloud performance, cost, and resource utilization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Security, and Application Development.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.

- Maintain detailed documentation of cloud architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.

- Stay current with AWS innovations and recommend strategic improvements.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 5+ years in AWS cloud engineering.

- Deep expertise in AWS IaaS services and architecture.

- Strong proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell).

- Solid understanding of networking (VPC, VPN, Direct Connect, Route 53).

- AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or DevOps Engineer Professional.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments and multi-account AWS setups.

- Knowledge of cloud cost management tools (AWS Cost Explorer, CloudHealth).

- Exposure to compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC2, HIPAA, etc.).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
