Your Role :

As an AEM Sites Technical Lead, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, and leading the implementation of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences that align with business goals and user needs.

In This Role You Will Play a Key Role In :

- Leading the design and development of AEM Sites-based web applications and components.

- Defining technical architecture and ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

- Mentoring and guiding developers on AEM best practices and coding standards.

- Collaborating with UX/UI designers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver seamless experiences.

- Managing code reviews, deployments, and integration with other enterprise systems.

- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues across environments.

- Staying updated with Adobes roadmap and integrating new features and capabilities.

Top 5 Technical Skills Required :

- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites Development

- Deep expertise in AEM architecture, components, templates, workflows, and Sling models. Java & J2EE

- Strong programming skills in Java, with experience in building scalable backend services.

Front-End Technologies :

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.

DevOps & CI/CD :

- Experience with Jenkins, Git, Maven, and containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes.

Cloud & Integration :

- Familiarity with Adobe Cloud Manager, RESTful APIs, and integration with third-party systems (e.g., CRM, DAM, Analytics).
