Role Title : Full - Stack Software Engineer (Java)

Engagement Model :

Full - time, long - term (T&M - Managed Capacity - Managed Service)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain Java - based backend services and frontend components

- Design and implement RESTful integrations and APIs

- Support existing applications through bug fixing and performance tuning

- Collaborate with client, nearshore, and offshore teams

- Follow secure coding, testing, and documentation standards

- Contribute to agile / Kanban delivery routines

Required Technical Skills:

Core Technologies:

- Java (8 / 11 / 17), Spring, JPA (Hibernate / EclipseLink)

- Apache Wicket / Struts

- REST / SOAP services

- Oracle, SQL

- JavaScript, HTML, CSS

- CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git)

Nice to Have :

- Vue.js, React (including React - based frameworks such as Next.js) OR Angular, Angular js, Angular 8, Angular 16

- Kafka / JMS

- Docker, Kubernetes

- Elasticsearch

Experience & Language :

- 6+ years of Java full - stack development experience

- Background in automotive, financial services, or leasing preferred

- English: fluent

Working Model :

- CET overlap required

- Participation in client interviews during the initial transition phase, supported by nearshore leads.
