Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled UI Developer with 5-8 years of hands-on experience in front-end technologies to create robust and scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), CSS, Bootstrap, Redux, and unit testing frameworks like Jest/Mocha/Jasmine. This role offers a dynamic team environment where you'll contribute to innovative user interfaces for cutting-edge applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement highly responsive and intuitive user interfaces using ReactJS, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+).

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, backend developers, and product managers, to translate complex requirements into functional and engaging UI components.

- Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability, ensuring fast loading times and smooth user interactions.

- Ensure consistent design and user experience by developing and implementing robust and reusable UI components and libraries.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, strictly adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.

- Utilize state management libraries like Redux to effectively manage complex application states across the UI.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive unit tests using frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine to ensure high code quality and reliability.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues across various browsers and platforms to maintain high-quality UI standards.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in front-end development, continuously bringing new ideas to the team.

Qualifications and Skills :

- 5-8 years of hands-on development experience in front-end technologies.

Core Expertise :

- Proficiency in ReactJS, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+).

- Strong knowledge of modern front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).

- Expertise in CSS, SASS/LESS, and responsive design frameworks like Bootstrap.

- Extensive experience with Redux or similar state management libraries.

- Expertise in unit testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine.

Design :

- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and best practices.

- Experience in working with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD to understand and implement designs.

Debugging & Optimization :

- Proven experience in debugging and optimizing performance for complex front-end applications.

- Ability to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in the UI layer.

Version Control :

- Proficient in Git and standard version control workflows (e.g., GitFlow, feature branching).

Communication :

- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Nice to Have :

- Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) frameworks (e.g., Next.js).

- Exposure to DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines for front-end deployments.
