Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced UI Developer (Front-End Specialist) with a minimum of 5+ years of dedicated experience in user interface development. This role is focused on architecting and building high-performance, responsive, and visually appealing web applications. The developer must possess expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, with mandatory hands-on experience in at least one modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js), and a strong commitment to best practices in UX, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

Job Description :

Frontend Development and Framework Expertise :

- Lead the development of highly responsive and scalable user interfaces using mandatory expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

- Apply deep, hands-on experience with at least one major modern frontend framework, such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, including state management libraries and component lifecycle methods.

- Utilize advanced CSS techniques, including CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS), CSS modules, and methodologies like BEM, to maintain clean, modular, and scalable stylesheets.

- Ensure the successful implementation of responsive design and adaptive UI patterns to guarantee a seamless user experience across all devices and screen sizes.

Performance, UX, and Quality Assurance :

- Optimize application performance, focusing on minimizing load times, improving rendering efficiency, and reducing bundle sizes using tools and techniques like lazy loading and code splitting.

- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate high-fidelity wireframes and mockups into functional, pixel-perfect user interfaces, adhering to accessibility standards (WCAG).

- Conduct thorough cross-browser compatibility testing and debugging to ensure consistent functionality and presentation across all supported environments.

- Implement and maintain unit and integration tests for frontend components using frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.

Collaboration and Technical Environment :

- Integrate frontend components seamlessly with backend APIs (primarily RESTful APIs), handling asynchronous data flow and error states efficiently.

- Work effectively with version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab) and participate actively in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge across the team.

- Collaborate with backend developers, product managers, and design teams throughout the Agile development lifecycle.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the frontend ecosystem to propose and implement strategic technological improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : Mandatory 5+ Years of experience in UI/Front-End Development.

- Core Languages : Expert proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

- Frameworks : Hands-on experience with at least one modern framework (React.js, Angular, or Vue.js).

- Styling : Expertise in responsive design and experience with CSS preprocessors.

- APIs : Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.

- Tooling : Proficiency with version control systems.

- Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, NgRx).

- Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) or static site generation (SSG) frameworks (e.g., Next.js, Gatsby).

- Familiarity with build tools and bundlers (e.g., Webpack, Vite).

- Experience implementing A/B testing or feature flagging within the frontend.
