Job Title : Devops Engineer

3 days WFO (Tues, Wed, Thurs).

Shift Time : 12 :30pm 9 :30pm.

In this role, youll be the backbone of our engineering operationsbuilding CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, and enabling rapid, reliable software delivery.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools.

- Manage and monitor cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for performance, cost, and security.

- Implement and maintain containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to streamline deployments and improve system reliability.

- Set up and manage monitoring, alerting, and logging systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).

- Drive incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem processes.

- Continuously evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to improve DevOps practices.

Desired Experience/ Skills :

- 3-6 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering.

- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go.

- Deep experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git, Bitbucket).

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

- Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration.

- Experience with monitoring and observability tools.

- Excellent communications and time management skills.

- A committed team player.

Preferred :

- Experience in high-availability, low-latency systems.

- Exposure to DevSecOps and security automation.

- Familiarity with financial services or trading platforms.

- Certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA, etc.)
