We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst - Product Owner with 5-8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader responsible for defining and communicating the product vision and roadmap, aligning it with key business objectives. This is a crucial role that requires a blend of strong business analysis skills and product ownership expertise. You will be the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of features and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Product Vision & Strategy : Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.

- Backlog Management : Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is visible, transparent, and prioritized to maximize business value.

- Requirements & Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales. Write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.

- Agile Leadership : Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Performance Monitoring : Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously iterate and improve features.

- Stakeholder Liaison : Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and shared understanding.
