Role : Camunda BPM Developer

Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Camunda BPM Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business process solutions using the Camunda BPM platform. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, and other developers to translate business requirements into efficient and scalable process applications. Your work will directly impact the automation and optimization of key business processes, leading to improved efficiency, reduced costs, and enhanced customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop BPMN 2.0 process models within the Camunda platform to automate and streamline business workflows.

- Implement process applications using Java and the Camunda API, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Integrate Camunda with other enterprise systems using RESTful APIs and microservices architecture to enable seamless data exchange and process orchestration.

- Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure the quality and reliability of process applications.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Camunda deployments and process executions to maintain system stability.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our BPM development practices and standards to enhance efficiency and quality.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement business processes using BPMN 2.0 notation and the Camunda BPM platform.

- Proven expertise in Java development, including experience with Spring Framework and RESTful API design and implementation.

- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and experience integrating systems using RESTful APIs.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment.
