Key Responsibilities :
- Lead discovery workshops, qualify technical feasibility, and map business needs to AI/ML/GenAI solutions.
- Define high-level solution architectures for ML, NLP, GenAI, RAG, and Data Engineering use cases.
- Develop value propositions, ROI models, and adoption roadmaps aligned with customer KPIs.
- Own technical sections of RFP/RFI, solution documents, SoWs, and proposal decks.
- Conduct client demos, technical presentations, and solution walkthroughs.
- Ensure alignment with Engineering/Delivery for estimation, scope, and feasibility.
- Drive the technical close-resolve queries, defend solutions, and finalize architecture.
- Support Sales in opportunity qualification, competitive positioning, and deal strategy.
- Track industry and GenAI trends to strengthen go-to-market storytelling.
- Mentor junior pre-sales members on solutioning, proposal writing, and client engagement.
Skills & Experience :
- 10+ years in AI/ML+Data+Cloud with strong experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting.
- Strong understanding of ML/NLP/GenAI (LLMs, RAG, Document AI, use cases, prompt engineering).
- Strong understanding of Data Engineering, Data Pipelines, APIs, cloud AI solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Familiarity with project scoping, estimation, delivery models, risks, governance.
- Strong communication, storytelling, proposal writing, and executive presentation skills.
- Experience with proposals, RFPs, SoWs, demos, POCs, and technical validations.
Preferred Qualification :
- Industry exposure : Telco, BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, Energy, Datacentre Operations.
- Prior role as a TPSE (Technical Presales Engineer), AI Architect, or Solution
Architect.
