Job Title : AI/ML Engineer - GenAI & Agentic AI

Experience : 5+ Years

Location : Pune / Indore / Kolkata / Bangalore

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer - GenAI & Agentic AI to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLM-based applications, and Agentic AI frameworks, with the ability to design, build, and deploy scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for real-world business use cases

- Build and optimize LLM-based applications using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph

- Implement RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases

- Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources

- Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs for performance, accuracy, and cost optimization

- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions

- Ensure best practices for model security, governance, and scalability

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of overall experience in AI/ML or Data Science roles

- Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI systems

- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, etc.)

- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering

- Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, etc.)

- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)

- Good understanding of ML model lifecycle, deployment, and monitoring

Good to Have :

- Experience with multi-agent systems and autonomous AI workflows

- Exposure to MLOps, CI/CD for ML, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

- Experience in building production-grade AI applications
