Calfus Inc - SAP Consultant - SD/MM/PP Modules

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant with 8 to 12 years of expertise in SAP implementation, customization, support, and optimization. The ideal candidate should have strong functional and/or technical knowledge across SAP modules, experience in end-to-end project delivery, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to design scalable ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions aligned with organizational goals.

- Configure, customize, and implement SAP modules based on business needs.

- Lead end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support projects.

- Gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and prepare functional/technical specifications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, developers, and external vendors.

- Perform system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and deployment activities.

- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for SAP applications.

- Ensure integration across SAP modules and third-party systems.

- Create user documentation, training materials, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.

- Support process improvement initiatives and recommend best practices in SAP landscape.

- Monitor system performance and suggest optimization opportunities.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in SAP modules such as SAP FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, ABAP, BASIS, BW/4HANA,

S/4HANA (depending on requirement).

- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation/migration.

- Knowledge of SAP integration tools, workflows, and APIs.

- Experience in configuration, master data management, and business process mapping.

- Strong understanding of ERP lifecycle, business processes, and SAP best practices.

- Experience in data migration, cutover planning, and post-go-live support.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
