Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Science Engineer located in Kolkata. The Data Science Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing data models, analyzing large data sets to extract insights, creating predictive models and algorithms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business needs. Daily tasks include data cleaning, processing, and visualization, as well as writing scripts and code for data workflows.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement robust data models and machine learning algorithms to support business decision-making.

- Analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights and trends.

- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and visualization to ensure data quality and usability.

- Write efficient scripts and code to support end-to-end data workflows and automation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.

- Build and maintain front-end components using frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular in industrial or engineering contexts.

Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience in front end development, ideally in industrial or engineering environment.

- Proficiency in predictive modeling, data visualization, and machine learning algorithms.

- Skills in programming languages such as React, Vue or Angular.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate insights effectively.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

- Experience in industrial or manufacturing settings is a plus.
