Roles & Responsibilities :


- Service Ownership - Own performance, stability, availability, roadmap, and compliance of operational applications aligned with business and IT standards.

- Service Performance & Operations - Monitor application health, manage incidents and problems, and lead root cause analysis to minimize downtime.

- Business Relationship Management - Act as the key IT contact for operations (supply chain, manufacturing, logistics), translating business needs into IT solutions.

- Change & Release Management - Manage upgrades, integrations, patching, and releases with structured change control and minimal business impact.

- Vendor & Financial Management - Manage vendors, licenses, SLAs, and application budgets.

- Continuous Improvement & Innovation - Drive automation, efficiency, ITIL best practices, and operational digital transformation.

Skills & Competencies :


- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 10-15 years of experience in IT operations and service management for enterprise systems (SAP/Oracle ERP mandatory).

- Strong understanding of operations including supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics.

- Proven delivery skills translating ideas into requirements, estimates, and solution designs, experience leading smallmedium projects (Agile/PRINCE2).

- ITIL-based service management experience covering incident, problem, and change management.

- Strong stakeholder & vendor management, with knowledge of integration platforms (MuleSoft/Boomi) and cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
