Role : Senior Product Designer

What will you do everyday :

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the end-to-end design processfrom discovery and user research to interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and supporting development. Youll work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to convert complex challenges into elegant, user-centric solutions.

This position is ideal for someone who thinks strategically, designs with intent, and has a strong passion for creating delightful user experiences.

Mandatory Skills required to apply for this role :

User Research & Discovery :

- Conduct user interviews, stakeholder discussions, competitor analysis, and usability studies.

- Translate insights into user journeys, personas, workflows, and actionable design directions.

Product & Interaction Design :

- Create wireframes, information architecture, and UX flows for web and mobile products.

- Develop high-fidelity UI designs that align with Caimeras brand and user expectations.

- Build interactive prototypes for validation and testing.

- Ensure accessibility, scalability, and usability across platforms.

Collaboration & Execution :

- Work closely with product managers to define requirements and shape product strategy.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs.

- Contribute to and help evolve our design system and component library.

Quality & Ownership :

- Drive consistency across all product touchpoints.

- Conduct design reviews and provide mentorship to junior designers.

- Take full ownership of the design lifecyclethinking not just about design, but also impact, feasibility, and performance.

Mandatory Skills required to apply for this role :

- 5+ years of experience in Product Design / UX/UI Design, preferably in SaaS, AI, or tech products.

- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work (not just UI screens).

- Expert proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, visual design, and design systems.

- Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to articulate design rationale clearly.

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing).

- High ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
