Role Overview :

As a Software Engineer specializing in Integrations, you will be the bridge between our core platforms and the diverse ecosystem of third-party applications our clients rely on. You will spend your day architecting, developing, and maintaining seamless data exchange pipelines that ensure high availability and data integrity. Working closely with cross-functional product and engineering teams, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our platform's interoperability, directly impacting the efficiency and digital transformation journeys of our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement robust integration solutions using C# and .NET Core to facilitate seamless communication between disparate enterprise systems.

- Develop and maintain secure API endpoints, ensuring adherence to modern authentication standards like OAuth to protect sensitive client data.

- Architect scalable data exchange workflows utilizing pub/sub messaging patterns to ensure reliable, asynchronous communication across distributed environments.

- Transform and map complex data structures between JSON and XML formats to meet the specific requirements of diverse client-side applications.

- Optimize integration performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues within the Visual Studio 2022 environment to minimize downtime for end-users.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical integration specifications that align with long-term product roadmaps.

- Maintain high-quality documentation for all integration patterns and services to facilitate knowledge

sharing and system maintainability across the engineering team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in building enterprise-grade applications using C# and .NET Core with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

- Proven ability to design and implement complex integration patterns, including pub/sub architectures, to handle high-volume data traffic.

- Strong command over data serialization formats, specifically JSON and XML, and experience in managing secure data transmission via OAuth protocols.

- Hands-on experience working within the Visual Studio 2022 ecosystem for development, debugging, and performance profiling.

- Basic proficiency in CSS for front-end integration tasks and ensuring consistent UI/UX across web-based modules.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions to both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of solving complex integration problems in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup in Bangalore, demonstrating self-motivation and the capacity to manage tasks independently while contributing to team goals.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 4 to 9 years of relevant professional experience in software development and systems integration.
