Role Overview :

As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will play a critical role in driving product delivery from concept to deployment. Youll work across a modern, well-structured tech stack and collaborate with a high-performing team to craft fast, beautiful, and responsive user interfaces. Were looking for problem solvers, systems thinkers, and engineers who can scale solutions, not just code.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement frontend features from scratch to production.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in TypeScript and React.

- Optimize performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across platforms.

- Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to ship quality experiences.

- Lead and contribute to architectural discussions and decision-making.

- Continuously improve frontend workflows, tooling, and development practices.

Tech Stack Youll Work With :

Frameworks & Languages : React, Next.js (App Router), TypeScript

Styling : Tailwind CSS (with tailwindcss-animate), Radix UI, Shadcn UI

State Management & Forms : Zustand, React Query, React Hook Form, Zod

Tooling & DevOps : pnpm, ESLint, Prettier, Husky, Docker, Vercel, AWS

Backend Exposure : FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Alembic (optional but a plus)

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in frontend development.

- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with deep expertise in React.

- Experience in building and scaling production-level SPAs or web apps.

- Strong knowledge of modern frontend practices, component architecture, and performance optimization.

- Excellent understanding of software engineering fundamentals and best practices.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented, agile environment.

- A bias toward action, ownership, and outcomes.

Nice to Have :

- Familiarity with backend technologies like FastAPI, PostgreSQL, or AWS.

- DevOps or CI/CD experience (e.g., Docker, Vercel, GitHub Actions).

- Contributions to open source or notable personal projects.

- Experience with design systems or accessibility-first UI development.
