C5i - GenAI Engineer

Description :

- Hands on AI product implementation and to lead a team to drive the customer success

- Solve complex business problems by applying NLP, CV and Machine Learning techniques.

- Integrate these algorithms into multiple product and solution offerings.

- Conduct research to advance the field of Generative AI, including staying up-to-date with the latest developments and techniques.

- Develop new Generative models or improve existing ones.

- Build cognitive capabilities in multiple product and solution offerings.

- Systemic study of latest research and industry developments in Artificial Intelligence. Leverage these developments to solve real-world business problems.

- Envisage next-generation challenges and recommend solutions to solve them.

- Facilitate the IP generation process in the organization and works towards patenting of inventions.

- Build effective implementation designs to deliver to business objectives, technology designs, functional requirements and client environment requirements

- Lead a small team of developers to build / modify / optimize AI components of C5i AI products

- Implementation design and customization- of core product for client specific needs and ensuring the implementation is of high quality, performance oriented and secured.

- Deliver results against measurable KRAs and meet individual, team and BU goals in effective manner.

- Continuously acquire and demonstrate knowledge in form of innovative solutions using right combination of technology, domain, process, and people.

Requirements & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

- Total of 4 to 7 years experience

- 3 to 5 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep learning, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing (NLP)

- Knowledge of various Generative AI model and Prompt Engineering

- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python (at least 3 years in Python)

- Proven experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

- Familiarity with data processing tools like SQL, Pandas, or Apache Spark.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

- Strong communication skills for presenting technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience in facing and interacting with global customer for shaping or delivering enterprise solutions.

- Ability of working in a multi-locational collaborative team environment

- Experience working in an agile environment.
