Role Overview :

We are seeking a Associate Manager - Lead Technology with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

This position is open in multiple locations, providing an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and drive innovation in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage projects focused on GenAI and MLOps, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement advanced Machine Learning models using VERTEX AI.

- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Utilize analytical thinking to identify and solve complex data-related problems, enhancing overall project performance.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Expected Outcomes :

- Deliver high-quality AI solutions that meet or exceed project deadlines and performance metrics.

- Achieve a measurable improvement in project efficiency and effectiveness through innovative problem-solving approaches.

- Successfully mentor at least two junior team members, contributing to their professional development and the team's overall skill set.

- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders, leading to enhanced collaboration and project success.

Qualifications (Skills/Competencies) :

- Proven expertise in GenAI, MLOps, Data Science, VERTEX AI, and Machine Learning.

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering results.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

Technical Skills :

- 710 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Advanced Analytics, with leadership exposure.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).

- Proven experience in Machine Learning, GenAI, and Data Science.

- Strong experience with Google Cloud Vertex AI for model development and deployment.

- Hands-on experience with MLOps frameworks and practices.
