About the Role :

Were looking for a Hybris Backend Developer with 10+ years of experience to lead development initiatives, optimize performance, and enable reusable assets within a C4E framework.

What Youll Do :

- Build and maintain SAP Commerce (Hybris) backend solutions.

- Develop REST APIs & microservices for enterprise e-commerce platforms.

- Work on Hybris OCC, service layers, extensions, workflows, and data models.

- Collaborate with teams using Agile & CI/CD delivery models.

- Optimize performance with strong debugging & tuning skills.

- Drive C4E best practices : reusable assets, governance, and enablement.

What Were Looking For :

- 10 years of Hybris (SAP Commerce) backend development experience.

- Strong in Java, Spring, REST APIs, Microservices.

- Hands-on with Hybris OCC, workflows, extensions, and data models.

- Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Git/Bitbucket, SQL/NoSQL databases.

- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Integration tools (SAP PI/PO, MuleSoft, Kafka, or middleware).

- Experience with DevOps/MLOps practices.

- Prior C4E team exposure.
