C++ Lead - ADAS & Infotainment System

Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on C++ Lead with strong experience in the automotive domain, specifically ADAS and infotainment systems. You will lead a team of 4-5 members and drive technical excellence.

What you will do:

- Lead a team of 4-5 software engineers in a high-performance environment.

- Develop and maintain embedded software for automotive applications.

- Ensure high-quality code using modern C++ (C++11/14/17) and design patterns.

- Collaborate on software architecture, debugging, and performance optimization.

Tech Stack:

- C++, OOP, STL, Multithreading, Memory Management.

- Linux, QNX, RTOS, AUTOSAR, CAN/LIN/Ethernet.

- ASPICE, ISO 26262, MISRA C++.

- Git, Jira, CI/CD.

Requirements:

- 8-10 years of experience in embedded software development.

- Proven experience in team management and leadership.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
