Role Overview :

As a Senior Java Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing end-to-end software solutions that serve as the backbone for our clients' digital operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and system architects, to translate complex business requirements into high-performance, maintainable code. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration of front-end user experiences with sophisticated back-end logic, directly impacting the usability and reliability of enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable server-side components using Java to ensure high availability and performance for enterprise applications.

- Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces using Angular and TypeScript to enhance the end-user experience and operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical specifications and project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.

- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high standards of software quality and architectural integrity.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical bottlenecks across the full stack to minimize downtime and improve system throughput.

- Integrate third-party APIs and microservices to extend application functionality and support evolving business needs.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Java development with a deep understanding of object-oriented design patterns and multi-threaded applications.

- Proven ability to build modern, component-based front-end architectures using Angular and TypeScript.

- Strong proficiency in managing database interactions and optimizing SQL or NoSQL queries for high-traffic environments.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively within a team.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, maintaining high productivity and clear communication across distributed teams.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, combined with 5 - 9 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
