Role Overview :
As a C++ Developer specializing in Microservices and Distributed Systems, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and resilient software solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and other engineers to translate business requirements into robust technical designs and implement them using cutting-edge technologies. Your work will directly impact the reliability and efficiency of our core platform, ensuring a seamless experience for our users and driving significant business value.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement microservices using C++ that adhere to architectural best practices and meet performance requirements.
- Develop and maintain distributed systems components, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and scalability.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, following established coding standards and participating in code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in production environments, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine system requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools, promoting best practices and innovation.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated proficiency in C++ programming, including strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented principles.
- Proven ability to design and implement microservices architectures, with experience in service discovery, inter-service communication, and API design (RESTful).
- Solid understanding of distributed systems concepts, including concurrency, consistency, and fault tolerance.
- Hands-on experience with Linux operating systems and related tools, including scripting and system administration.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
